Can I cancel an order?
  All products are warehoused and shipped to customers direct from the manufacturer. When orders are placed by customers, they are automatically submitted to the manufacturer in order for customers to receive their orders as quickly as possible, at the best possible price. Once orders are submitted, they rarely can be stopped. If we can manage to stop an order, you will be refunded in full, minus a $5.00 processing fee. Because everything is done here immediately, again, it is very rare an order can be stopped. 

If an order cannot be stopped, please refer to our return policy.
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where the Shipping Method and Price will be displayed.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at orders@akidplace.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Availability is shown in the box to the right of the picture, underneath the price - most items will show "Usually ships in 1-2 business days" or "Usually ships in 2-3 business days".  

High-demand items do go out of stock on occasion.  Items that are on backorder will show for example:  "Out of stock until Late-June / Early-July - May Be Pre-Ordered - Pre-Orders Strongly Suggested".  Pre-ordering an out-of-stock item is strongly suggested because all orders ship out in the order received, and a very large amount of people do pre-order items that are out of stock, and at times the more popular items can go out of stock immediately once all pre-orders have shipped out, so it's best to pre-order to ensure that your item will ship to you immediately upon coming back in stock.

Please note that dates shown that out-of-stock items will be back in are estimated dates and subject to change.  Date changes are rare but should a change occur you will be notified immediately and be given the option of continuing to wait or canceling and receiving a full refund.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
