Shipping and Returns
Return Policy
 

Most items are shipped to customers straight from the manufacturers' warehouses in order for recipients to receive their items as quickly as possible, at the best possible prices. Each manufacturer has a different return policy. Not all manufacturers accept returns, so please be sure to scroll down to the appropriate manufacturer (brand name) to view the return policy, they are listed in alphabetic order.

Every single item we sell does come with a Warranty. What this means is should an item arrive damaged, new replacement parts will be sent out free of charge or if an entire item is damaged, be sure to hold onto the item's box and all packing materials and a pre-paid shipping label will be sent out as well as full replacement.

Please be sure to view the warranty for your item as some manufacturers must be notified of damage within 1 week so be sure to inspect all parts immediately upon receipt of item. Most are much more liberal with their warranty period but there are a few that need to know immediately. You may contact the manufacturer direct or email us at [email protected] for assistance.

American Retro

All shipments must be checked for discrepancies, and damage upon arrival of your order. If a box arrives with obvious damage, please note it when you sign for shipment or refuse package IF it shows major damage. Please keep all original cartons and packing materials. Claims for damaged merchandise must be filed within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Should you simply refuse a package that shows no damage, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all freight cost incurred.

Items may be returned for any reason within 10 days and you will be refunded the price you paid, minus shipping both ways, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please understand that all American Retro items have packaging that is designed especially for each specific item. They can not and will not accept any merchandise that is not in original packaging.

American Retro warrants their products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days, proof of purchase required. If American Retro receives notice of any above-defined defect during the warranty period, American-Retro will, either, at its option, repair or replace products which prove to be defective, with new or equivalent to new ones.

This warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from: misuse; unauthorized modifications; operation or storage outside the environment specification, in-transit damage; and improper maintenance. All returns must be in the original box with the original packing, so please hold onto the item's shipping box/carton and all packaging as no item will be accepted without original packaging, so please hold onto absolutely everything for the entire length of warranty

Anatex

If defective, items may only be exchanged for the exact same item. Items may not be returned for any other reason. Time period of warranty is 90 days.

Charm Company

If damage is evident at time of delivery:

  • Contact us within ten (10) days of delivery. Waiting until after the ten day period will result in denial of any claims by the carrier.
  • You must save all cartons and packaging materials or claim may be denied. The carrier will come out to inspect the carton(s).
  • If merchandise or packaging has been defaced or damaged by customer, credit may be denied.

If for any reason you don't want the product (Buyer's remorse) you may return your item(s) within 21 days of receipt with a valid RA #. All returns must be pre-authorized and given a return authorization # (RA #).

RA #'s can be obtained by calling customer service at 909-930-9900 and must be done within 10 days of the receipt of your purchase. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, there is also a 20% restocking fee. Upon receipt of items we will credit the credit card that you made your initial purchase with for the amount of the item less the 20% restocking fee and shipping. Please note that on most Charm Company items we offer free shipping, or we undercharge, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be sent to us under the following conditions or your refund may not be processed:

  1. Items must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging and placed inside a protective cardboard box, just as they were shipped to you.
  2. DO NOT write on or deface the packing of the product.
  3. Any items returned wrapped in paper or plastic and not in an outer protective cardboard box are refused at the dock.
  4. Any signs of use will result in denial of your claim for a refund.
  5. You must include the following information on a separate piece of paper INSIDE the box you are returning to us:
    • Original order #
    • The first and last name of the person order was shipped to.
    • The return authorization # issued by our customer service department

Crosley Radio

Non-defective or Non-damaged product: Please contact us for a Return Authorization #. Items may be returned for any reason within 30 days. Items must be returned in original packing and complete to qualify. You will be refunded the price you paid, minus shipping, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that on most Crosley Radio items we offer free shipping, or we undercharge, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization #.


Defective or Damaged Product: It is strongly recommended that you keep original packing for a period of one year. A “No Hassle” warranty is provided for a period of 30 days after the purchase date. If you have a problem with a Crosley product in the first 30 days after receipt, your item will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Replacement or repair of units returned is based upon the condition of the received unit and ease of repair. Products must be returned intact, and only items returned will be repaired or replaced. Units will be replaced or repaired within five working days after receipt. To activate this warranty replacement or repair, a Return Authorization # is required. No repairs or replacements will be made without it. Please contact us for Return Authorization #.

Should any problems occur after the first 30 days, please refer to manufacturer's warranty which is good for 1 year from the date of purchase. Crosley warranty card is included with each product.


Dexton Kids

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt with details of defects or damage. You will be issued a Dexton Return Authorization Number, for which all returns must have this # on shipping container, all correspondence, and packing list.

Returns for defective merchandise will receive an exchange or a credit memo for future use.

Return requests for non-defective merchandise must be reported within 10 days. Merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight by the customer and is subject to a 22% restocking fee. This includes refusal of shipment at time of delivery and return to sender shipments. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that on most Dexton Kids items we offer free shipping, or we undercharge, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

For both defective item exchanges and returns, please keep all original packaging and box. No package will be accepted without original packaging and box.

Just Kids Stuff will determine if they can send out a replacement piece or if the entire item needs to be replaced. Items may be returned for any other reason within 28 days of delivery date. Item must be received back in perfect, resalable condition. You will be refunded the price you paid, minus shipping both ways, minus a 5% restocking fee. Please note that on most Just Kids Stuff items we offer free shipping, or we undercharge, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 21 days of receipt with details of defects or damage. Please keep all original packaging and box in case entire item needs to be sent back which will be determined by Levels of Discovery. No package will be accepted without original packaging or box. Levels of Discovery will determine if parts can be sent out or if the entire item needs to be replaced. Items may not be returned for any other reason.

Non-defective or Non-damaged product 7 Days Return Policy: Please contact us for a Return Authorization #. Items may be returned for any reason within 7 days. Items must be returned complete and unused in original packing. You will be refunded the price you paid, minus shipping, minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that on most Mobo items we offer free shipping, or we undercharge, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization #.


Defective Product - 30 Days Manufacturer Limited Warranty: In the event that a defective product can be repaired with replacement parts, the manufacturer will supply replacement parts at no cost to the customer. However, the customer is responsible for shipping charges related to return items.


RMA number required for all returns: All returns must be authorized by manufacturer prior to the return of any merchandise. The customer has five (5) business days from the date of receipt to notify us of defects in order for any return to be authorized. Upon notification, the manufacturer will supply an RMA number (return authorization number) if applicable. RMA numbers are valid for up to ten (10) days after issuance. Each returned item must include an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at [email protected] with details of defects or damage. Mountain Boy Sledworks will determine if they can send out a replacement piece or if the entire item needs to be replaced. Please keep all original packaging and box in case entire item needs to be be replaced. No package will be accepted without original packaging or box. Items may not be returned for any other reason.

For orders that are damaged or defective, you must submit digital pictures of the damage/defective part (for P'kolino's records) within 28 days to [email protected] P'kolino will determine if they can send out a replacement piece or if the entire item needs to be replaced. Items may not be returned for any other reason.

Rockabye

Please inspect rocker immediately upon receipt or if you are having a rocker shipped elsewhere, please instruct recipient to inspect immediately upon receipt. If there are any stitching or music problems, they must be reported within 7 days and they will be taken care of for you totally free of charge. Warranty against manufacturing defects is 1 year, however, if they are reported after 7 days of receipt, you will be responsible for freight charges, so please be sure to inspect rocker immediately.

Schoenhut Piano

Returns

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on returning the product (Merchandise returned without an RMA number will not be accepted).
  2. The product must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  3. The product must be shipped pre-paid and insured. Additionally, the original packaging and box must be used for return shipping. Otherwise damage could occur, which may void the replacement option.
  4. Upon receipt of the product (in original condition) you will be issued a refund of the merchandise amount minus a 20% restocking fee.
  5. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that on most Schoenhut items we undercharge, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Issues

In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your product:

  1. Notify us of the issue within 10 days of receipt at [email protected] with details of damage or defect.
  2. If it is determined by Schoenhut that a replacement part is required to resolve the issue, it will be sent to you directly at no charge. If Schoenhut cannot make this determination via email, you may need to call them directly.
  3. If the issue cannot be resolved over the telephone, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided, along with instructions for returning the item to Schoenhut (Merchandise returned without an RMA will not be accepted).
  4. The original packaging and box must be used for return shipping. Otherwise additional damage could occur, which may void the replacement option.
  5. The returned item will be inspected at the Schoenhut factory. Upon verification that the issue is a result of mishandling during shipment to the customer or a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be sent to you at no cost.

Summer Infant

If defective, Summer Infant will repair or replace (at their option) your unit free of charge for 1 year from the date of purchase if the unit is defective in workmanship or materials. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, improper storage and handling, installation, accident, unauthorized repair or alteration.

Items may not be returned for any other reason.

Teamson Kids

Teamson stands behind their products 100%. Teamson products are backed by a 14 day free parts replacement policy, along with a 14 day free complete replacement policy* when applicable. Please be sure to open your item(s) immediately to make sure all parts and all hardware are in good condition. If an item arrives with a damaged part(s), Teamson will send out the part(s) requested at no charge. Pictures and/or return of the damaged part(s) are not required.

If an item arrives completely damaged, Teamson will call tag the item back to their warehouse and a free replacement will be shipped out immediately. Pictures must be provided before a new item is shipped out to you.

If for any reason the item is no longer wanted (Buyer’s remorse) then the item must be returned to Teamson at the expense of the customer within 14 days of the delivery date. An RMA # is required. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee as long as the item comes back in good condition. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that on most Teamson items we offer free shipping, or we undercharge, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
