When I saw this playhouse I KNEW it was perfect for my 4 year old daughter! The Kidkraft Outdoor Cottage is well-made and comes weather resistant, which is great, because when we bought a swing set last year we had to weather treat EACH PIECE before we put the thing together. We chose this playhouse because of the unique style . . . it kind of reminds me of an old time school house. A sink, storage, mailbox and chalkboard allow my daughter to imagine whatever she wants while playing. Assembly wasn’t too bad and the price is better than many of the plastic houses out there.
